About NRI

Human Evolution in Practice.

We facilitate the neural integration of Mind–IQ ∫ Body–SQ ∫ Spirit–RQ — cultivating the kind of people who move from fragmentation to coherence. The kind of people who evolve in response to complexity. The kind of people who practice wholeness-making as a way of life.

Mission

To expand human capacity through training practitioners, partnering with individuals, organizations, and collectives to evolve in response to a rapidly changing and complex world. Educate. Train. Consult.

Vision

A world that cultivates environments where Mind–IQ ∫ Body–SQ ∫ Spirit–RQ integration is practiced daily — creating spaces where all humans can flourish through the process of wholeness-making.

Values

  • Illuminate — the neuroscience and spirituality of wholeness
  • Equip — embodied skills for adaptive evolution
  • Partner — to co-create integrative cultures that support wholeness-making
  • Integrate — science, spirit, and systems thinking

Our Commitments

Integration is personal. It is also political. Wholeness-making is not politically neutral. Fragmentation is not randomly distributed. The same systems that fragment communities also fragment bodies, spirits, and neural patterns. NRI is committed to the full humanity of every person.

Open & Affirming

NRI is radically and fully affirming of all people — across every gender identity, sexual orientation, faith background, and embodied experience. Wholeness-making belongs to everyone.

Anti-Racist

We actively analyze and dismantle systems of racial dominance and their neurobiological impacts on communities. The integration NRI cultivates includes justice — not as an add-on, but as essential to wholeness itself.

Anti-Ableist

NRI honors the full diversity of human bodies, nervous systems, and neural experiences. Our model is context-responsive — not prescriptive — because there is no single “right” way to be an integrated human.

Feminist & Womanist

NRI is grounded in feminist and womanist theological scholarship and practice. We analyze systems of dominance, center marginalized voices, and build tools that serve liberation — not just optimization.

The Creator

Dr. Shaleen
Kendrick, ThD

Creator of Neuro-Relational Integration™

Dr. Shaleen Kendrick is a mystic, scholar, and creator of the Neuro-Relational Integration™ (NRI) Model — a transdisciplinary neural systems approach to human evolution through Mind–Body–Spirit integration.

With a doctorate in theology specializing in applied neurotheology, she bridges ancient wisdom with cutting-edge neuroscience to help people practice conscious evolution in daily life.

With 20+ years facilitating processes across corporate, academic, and progressive spiritual communities, Dr. Kendrick translates complex research into accessible frameworks anyone can use. Her work addresses evolutionary mismatch — the gap between our inherited neural wiring and cultures built for speed and extraction. You’re not failing or broken; you’re experiencing the limitations of fragmented systems trying to meet integrated challenges.

Dr. Kendrick lives out her desert-dweller spirituality in Arizona, believing that integration isn’t self-help — it’s sacred living that expands our capacity to collectively flourish.
