NRI for WorkplaceNRI for Spiritual Practitioners and Communities

We leverage the neuroscience of integration to expand human capacity — in people, in organizations, in systems.

Our work sits where neuroscience meets relational attunement, where individual growth meets cultural change. We help you meet a world moving faster than we're currently neuro-relationally wired for.

NRI cultivates people who can grow and evolve in response to their environment.

Mission

To expand human capacity through the neuroscience of integration; training practitioners, and partnering with individuals, organizations, and collectives to grow and evolve in response to a rapidly changing and complex world.

Educate. Train. Consult.

Vision

We imagine a world that cultivates environments where Mind–IQ ∫ Body–SQ ∫ Spirit–RQ integration is practiced daily — creating environments where all humans can flourish through the process of wholeness-making.

Values

Illuminate

— the neuroscience and spirituality of wholeness

Equip

— embodied skills for adaptive evolution

Partner

— to co-create integrative cultures that support wholeness-making

Integrate

— science, spirit, and systems thinking

Our Commitments

Integration is personal. It is also societal. Wholeness-making is not politically neutral. NRI is committed to the full humanity of every person.

Open & Affirming

NRI is radically and fully affirming of all people — across every gender identity, sexual orientation, faith background, and embodied experience. Wholeness-making belongs to everyone.

Anti-Racist

We actively analyze and dismantle systems of racial dominance and their neurobiological impacts on communities. The integration NRI cultivates includes justice — not as an add-on, but as essential to wholeness itself.

Anti-Ableist

NRI honors the full diversity of human bodies, nervous systems, and neural experiences. Our model is context-responsive — not prescriptive — because there is no single "right" way to be an integrated human.

Feminist & Womanist

NRI is grounded in feminist and womanist scholarship and practice. We analyze systems of dominance, center marginalized voices, and create tools that serve liberation — not just optimization.

The people of NRI

A dynamic team doing integrative work — in our own collaboration, not just in what we teach.

In Partnership with Let There Be HR

Strong HR infrastructure and healthy culture are deeply connected disciplines—but they are not the same discipline. That is why Let There Be HR has named NRI its preferred partner for culture-related engagements: executive coaching, leadership development, team building, trust building, communication, and post-crisis culture rebuilding.

Each firm leads from its strongest area of expertise, and collaborates where the work naturally overlaps. The result is a more complete path forward for the organizations we both serve.

"Great organizations need both strong HR infrastructure and healthy culture. Those are deeply connected disciplines, but they are not the same discipline. This partnership lets us stay focused on what we do best while giving our clients access to a trusted expert in the culture, leadership, and transformation work organizations increasingly need."
