Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This policy describes how Neuro-Relational Integration, LLC ("NRI," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit this website or contact us about our services. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you and run our practice, and we never sell your information.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit our inquiry form or email us, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. We use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused service that measures site traffic without cookies and without collecting personal information. It reports aggregate data only — such as page views, referral sources, and browser type — and cannot identify individual visitors. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability purposes.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, to deliver and administer our services if we work together, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We use aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our website host, our analytics provider, and the client-relationship system where we store contacts and correspondence — and only as needed for those purposes. These providers are bound to use the information solely on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them. You may request deletion sooner at any time (see your rights below).

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics runs without cookies, which is why you won't see a cookie banner here.

Your rights — European visitors (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, we process your information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and operating our business, or to take steps toward a contract with you. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@nrintegration.com.

Your rights — California residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, email us at hello@nrintegration.com.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be noted prominently on this page.
